Discover your love of nature with this open-ended natural loose parts play event designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection to the natural world and to each other. This is a special drop-in program at the Visitation Library Branch. No need to pre-register. Come ready to play and create.
Join the Rec & Park Community Garden Team on a hike from the Visitacion Valley Library to the Visitacion Valley Agriculture Land Lot where you will get you'll learn all about planting and preparing the soil for healthy crops. Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2848.
The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department's Urban Agriculture Program provides free materials for the backyard gardener, community gardener, or urban farmer through regularly scheduled Garden Resource Days.
