Join the Parks Conservancy and the SF LGBT Center for a Winter series of Bay Area nature experiences focused on nervous system regulation, native plant teas, and land stewardship. Participants will learn about local plant communities, share tea, and care for the land through planting, weeding, and other acts of reciprocity—recognizing that land care is healing for both the land and people.
