Help Restore San Francisco’s Coastal Dunes

Join Surfrider Foundation and partners for a hands-on volunteer day restoring critical dune habitat and helping prevent beach erosion. Plant and maintain native vegetation to strengthen our coastline against rising seas and support a healthier coastal ecosystem.
Open to volunteers ages 15+. Wear comfortable shoes and layers, and bring a reusable water bottle. Tools and gloves are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
