Head out to the Presidio Tunnel Tops to close out National Pollinator Week by celebrating the diversity of our beloved winged friends! Come learn more about the lives of our very special native California pollinators and how you can help protect them. We’ll have fun activities for all ages–pollinator art, nature observation, educational games, face painting, snacks, and a scavenger hunt!
Where: By the stairs outside the Field Station at Presidio Tunnel Tops in the Presidio of San Francisco
Registration is not required–feel free to drop by anytime between 10 a.m.-3 p.m.!
The Golden Gate National Parks programming is a cooperative parkwide effort of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, the National Park Service, and the Presidio Trust.
SF Children & Nature is part of the national Cities Connecting Children to Nature (CCCN) initiative and is working to address the disparities in nature access along socioeconomic and racial lines to ensure all children have the opportunity to play, learn and grow in the outdoors.
