DESCRIPTION:If You Give a Girl a Bike by author Hayley Diep\, is coming to Candlestick Point State Recreation Area! \nA StoryWalk places an illustrated children’s book\, disassembled page by page\, along a designated walking route. \nCome out for a reading of the book with the author and bike ride with SF Bike Coalition. Families can also participate in a scavenger hunt\, meet some reptile ambassadors with Tree Frog Treks\, visit with Cal Academy Family Nature Club and meet with a librarian from SF Public Library. \n*Families who attend will receive a copy of If You Give A Girl A Bike (while supplies last). \nFamilies are encouraged to bring their bikes. A few bikes will be available to loan out. \nFeel free to bring a packed lunch\, water bottle\, and wear layers; the park can get windy in the afternoon. \nThe event by Parks California is FREE but please RSVP here. \n
